
A lower intensity Zumba® class with all the Latin moves of salsa, merengue, cumbia, reggaeton, & more! It feels like a PARTY!

A fusion of ballet, yoga and Pilates. A full-body workout focusing on time under tension. Typical equipment includes barre, Bender Ball, small hand weights, resistance bands, and gliding disc; however, the class can be taken without equipment. There is floor and standing work. Modifications are given.

Aqua Zumba® blends the Zumba® philosophy with water resistance, for one pool party you shouldn’t miss! There is less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba® class so you can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles.

MIIT (moderate intensity interval training)
A moderate intensity class using resistance and small weights working for 30 seconds and resting for 10 seconds. All movements are modifiable for every fitness level. Common equipment used: hand weights, resistance bands, exercise ball, yoga blocks, glider.

Senior Yoga
A seated and standing gentle yoga class with a focus on breath work. No exercises are done on the the floor. All that is needed is a chair (armless preferred), water and a towel.
