Hip Health - RECORDED
RECORDED SESSION from Sat, Mar 13, 10:30 - 12:00 p.m. (VIRTUAL) This 90-minute workshop will include self-myofascial release, stretching, strengthening, and massage, of the lumbar-pelvic girdle (hips!). Bring a tennis ball! (Also, rolled towel or yoga block helpful)
