Wellness Workshops: Foot Fetish
Sat, Nov 7, 1:00 - 2:30 p.m. (VIRTUAL) We will focus 90-minutes on the importance of healthy feet and ankles. We will cover both stretching and strengthening exercises, as well as massage (bring your favorite lotion). We will be barefoot! This topic is perfect for everyone but especially those that might experience pain in feet, knees and hips. Unless there is a specific injury, these kinds of aches and pains are often associated with a lack of strength and mobility in the foot and ankle, and can be addressed through exercise.
